Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a normal accessory solely when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is provided for free. With Hepsia you can host unmetered TLDs under one single account. This is attainable because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other hosting Control Panel platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO separate user logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/administration functions. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no hosting Control Panel choice.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your site names in one single web hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel tools do not offer such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager section and hence they demand TWO different web hosting user accounts: 1 domain name management/billing/support user account and 1 website management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia Control Panel supports Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP tools can work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
